Overview:
Innovare Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models that power our fintech products. You will play a critical role in solving complex challenges such as fraud detection, transaction analysis, financial forecasting, and customer support automation. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and build AI-driven solutions that redefine fintech services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for fintech use cases like fraud detection, credit risk scoring, and real-time transaction analysis.
- Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract actionable insights and build accurate models.
- Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production environments in collaboration with software developers and DevOps teams.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms to address business challenges.
- Document model development processes and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and financial industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases for data processing.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) for deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to analyze and process large datasets efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) for chatbots or document automation.
- Familiarity with financial data analytics, fraud detection techniques, or credit risk modeling.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
