Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in designing modern web applications. As a UI/UX Designer at Innovare Solutions, Inc., you will collaborate with our development team to create intuitive, seamless user interfaces that enhance functionality and user satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for a web-based application.
- Collaborate with developers to implement and refine UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices.
- Maintain consistency in visual standards and design elements across the platform.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in web application design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, HTML/CSS, and web/mobile design best practices.
- Experience with user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for web-based or similar business applications.
- Familiarity with front-end development (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Contract Details:
